“A pocket guide to Iran” was a booklet published by U.S. War Department in 1943. It aimed to inform the U.S. military, who were present in Iran at the time, about the basics of the Iranian culture, history, and geography.
These postcards were drawn by the political cartoonist Kem (Kimon Evan Marengo 1907-1988), who during the Second World War produced over 3,000 propaganda cartoons for the British Ministry of Information.
A collection of propaganda posters, published by the British during the World War II, in Persian for distribution in Iran. The posters’s dimensions are about 76cm X 50cm. These posters are preserved in Imperial War Museums.
